Delete your account & data

This page explains how to delete your Confide account and the personal data associated with it. Confide is operated by Aureon Intelligence Labs Pvt. Ltd.
How to request deletion
To delete your Confide account and associated data, email support@confide.today from the email address associated with your account, with the subject “Delete my account.” We will verify your request and permanently delete your account and data.
What we delete
When your deletion request is processed, we permanently delete the personal data associated with your Confide account, including:
- your account and profile information (name, email address, profile photo, and account identifier);
- your conversations and messages with the Confide AI companion;
- your Whisper entries, CanDo tasks, moods, and other content you created;
- your remaining in-app credit balance and personalization data.
What we may retain
We may retain a limited set of records where we are legally required to do so — for example, transaction and billing records needed for tax, accounting, or fraud-prevention purposes. We keep such records only for as long as the law requires, after which they are deleted. Purchases made through Google Play are also subject to Google’s own records.
How long it takes
We process verified deletion requests within 30 days. Backups containing residual copies are cycled out shortly afterward in the ordinary course.
